It\'s not a diet, as such...

Forty minutes on the treadmill. Fifteen minutes on the hoop. Jumbo weight session... and then a treat; some snacking chicken and a banana. Aye, t'as been a good day for the health regime. *(Hmm...did we mention there was a wee bag of Percy Pigs - God damn it they're tasty! - somewhere in the mix?)* Healthy dinner later - we're working the M&S Fuller Longer diet for all it's worth for one full week. Now...if we can just resist the allure of that Margaux calling from under the stairs...
