Fun weekend so far...

It's rarely that we'll admit to feeling tired, but today...just a little... we do.  But with good cause!

We popped down to The Ideal Home Show at The SECC and have to report that it was a BRILLIANT event.  Great catching up with our old pal Linda Barker and running into Greg Walace, with whom we recently worked on Celebrity Masterchef.  George Clarke from Ch 4 was also at the show and we chatted for ages before heading off to browse the event.  Great exhibitors and huge crowds made it a really fun day out and we even managed to solve our own garden furniture conundrums by sourcing some gorgeous terrace kit!

With just enough time to dash home for a quick shower we headed off to 'Number 29' with our pal Peter and had an amzing dinner in a resto that never ceases to deliver.  Ran into George Clarke again (he was at another table with friends) and had another great catch up.  Number 29 is always busy and after dinner we boogied into the nightclub for an hour or two before heading to The Corinthian on Ingram Street where we bumped into George AGAIN!  But, because the place was absolutely heaving, we soon got parted by the thronging crowds.  Gotta say that The Corinthian is absolutely stunning and the spot where we recently filmed a design report for STV's 'The Hour'.  Think that'll air sometime in June - we'll give you dates when we know.  We finally crawled out of The Corinthian at about three am feeling exhillerated... but at the same time totally pooped.  A GREAT night.

Today, after a long lie in, we headed up into beautiful Stirlingshire to visit our pals Debs and Brian who own and run an awesome gastro pub called 'The Cross Keys'.  It's a beautiful wee place with amazing food, log fires and a wonderfully buzzing atmosphere.  Go check it out!

Now safely back at home, we've just watched an amazing show on Ch Five which was all about dramatic moments in reality TV.  It was a really well put together show with lots of fun moments.

And now, finally, it's bed time.  We're off to the christening tomorrow of a beautiful wee girl called Sophie.  She's the gorgeous daughter of pals Liz and Tam and we know it'll be a great day.

Trust this finds you all well, hale and hearty.  Have a super week, guys,

Loads of love,

Colin and Justin xx
