Could we cram more into a day?

Good afternoon all!

Well, we've been in Vancouver almost a day and we're having a blast already.  Had spray tans last night ahead of all our appearances and we have to say we've never looked browner.  Enjoyed dinner last night in the hotel which was really nice and managed - against our better judgement - to sink a bottle of red and a few glasses of fizz.  But hey ho; we had to prepare for the fun lying ahead...

Our alarm set for 6am we bounded from bed and then looked back, in horror, at the devastating scene of carnage we'd left behind.  Like an episode of CSI all the beautiful white linen was bright orange.  We explained to the chamber maids and they were totally cool about it; they said that fake tan is a problem they cope with from time to time.  But this, however, was worse than they'd ever seen.  Like The Amico Cadiz at full disaster point we can only pray that the boil wash works...

Dashed off to BT TV to record a couple of breakfast segments on home styling and it was good to meet up again with Riaz and Kyle, the hosts.  Their show is doing REALLY well these days so it was fun catching up...

When tshe how was finished we popped into The Shangri La for breakfast with our Canadian pr team and hooked up with lovely Brian Bauemler from Disaster DIY.  He's an old pal from Toronto who's TV output is popular here and right across the globe.  Had a great catch up but ate far too much...

Next we ran down to Shaw TV to record a live to air segment with Fanny Keifer, Vancouvers popular day time host.  We talked about everything that we've been up to of late (including all our British TV output) and then we were driven up to Holt Renfrew for a male grooming segment with Fiona and Mike from Urban Rush, another fab Shaw TV show.  Bless Mike - we dressed him up in Gucci swimmers and he looked FAB!  We love this TV pair and have appeared many times on their energetic show.  Hey, it's great to be back on this coast and run into so many wonderful people!

We're now back at our hotel and preparing for our appearances at The BC Home and Garden Show.   We're on at 3pm and 7pm so if you're around - come on by!

We've got a big dinner at a nearby resto' this evening so we'll tell you about all that later.  Someone said there might be a glass or two of wine...
