Weekend makeover! Here\'s what happened when we transformed a Canadian living room / diner.

Tips to steal - we refinished the existing floor to promote a much richer feel. We simplified the wall colour. We reversed living and dining functions (being that the more frequently used living room was in the skinnier part of the open concept space it just made sense) and we positioned two $565 bargain find sofas from HomeSense A table made from MDF (wallpapered and glass topped) added substance while black and jewel toned detailing completed our look.
