Holiest of holy hoops. Vive la difference.
Lunch; oh, you know, just a light wee something - a deelish preparation, crafted with energy and fitness in mind. Mushrooms, chicken, tomatoes and gnocchi. Then, after a session on the thoroughly weighted hula hoop (Jeeeez) we're off to run and then off to the gym. The difference we are seeing on the holy hoop - in just a few short days - is utterly STAGGERING! Seriously. We hoop, therefore we are. Please and thank you. Colin and Justin xx
