London, early bells.

Slowly opens eyes, registering that London is surprisingly warm; apparently ten degrees. Coffee; freshly brewed, of course. Windows open, fresh air in. Shower. Ironing. Kings Road for a pastry at Paul's; the lovely lady in there always has such a warm smile for us. Draw breath ahead of a day of meetings. Then, later, the gym to work of the excesses of last night's dinner...
