Glasgow calling!

Got back in the day before yesterday and, having slept away the whole day, we awakened, triumphant, and ready to face the world.  REALLY gorgeous being back, especially now that our pal Tina from Toronto has arrived for a few days pre Christmas.  She is Miss Party Pants so we know she'll wear us out!

Yesterday we hot footed it to The Dram for dinner where we enjoyed some lovely home cooked food in the lovely Scottish resto'.  As well as the intoxicating Gallic ambience we were thrilled to watch two students having a knitting marathon.  The pair seemed lost in their own world as their manic needles clicked and pearled.  Fascinating to watch!

Today we wandered Princes Square on Buchanan Street and then - nearly, but not quite - shopped out we  tackled a spot of last minute Christmas shopping in John Lewis ('never knowingly undersold') as the clock ticked ever forward.  Is it REALLy only FOUR days till Christmas?

Back at Ryan McAllister Towers now, ahead of dinner with Cat and James at Wagamamas's and then, after that, we're heading to the panto at The Pavillion!  Blimey; we're looking forward to seeing the show from the other side of the stage!!  Having starred in the production last year we're very excited!  Hells bells that was a blast, if a little tiring...

After that we're dashing off to the gloriously glamorous Number 29 for a few drinks and then off to The Corinthian for a wee boogie.  Tina seems to be having a fun time in our city!  So all is good in the hood.

More deets later.  Festive fun and frolicks lie ahead, we're sure.

Hugs of a Scottish festive nature!

Cheers me dears,

C et J xx
